Chelsea’s law practice focuses primarily on estate planning, trust and probate law, estate and gift taxation, and business formation, maintenance, and succession for family-owned businesses.
Aaron Hegji assists ultra-high-net-worth clients and their advisors with developing, implementing, and properly administering unique estate planning strategies. He has over 15 years of experience handling trust administration, trust planning, and tax planning matters. Aaron is an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas School of Law in the area of Trusts & Estates. He is a speaker and lecturer on income tax topics that intersect with the Trusts & Estates field.
