Ashley Buda is an associate in the Atlanta office of Harrison LLP. She advises clients in simple and complex fiduciary disputes by challenging or defending the actions of trustees, executors, administrators, attorneys-in-fact, guardians, and conservators. Her commitment to client service is built on her compassion and dedication to resolving disputes for people who are often under immense stress and who may be grieving the loss of a loved one.

Ashley recently worked as an intern at Hughes & Associates where she expanded her expertise on briefing and case evaluation and strategy. At the same time Ashley was at Hughes, she committed herself to pro bono service as the client coordinator for the DeKalb Probate Information Center. These experiences furthered her passion to assist those going through incredibly difficult times. She is constantly inspired by her resilient clients and is honored to work alongside them to reach a resolution that brings much-deserved peace of mind.

While in law school, Ashley interned at the Georgia Court of Appeals for Honorable Judge Trea Pipkin where she honed and fine-tuned her legal writing by drafting memoranda and opinions for cases on appeal.

Outside of practicing law, Ashley spends her free time weightlifting, running, playing soccer, and playing tabletop and video games with friends.
