John Christopher Clark is a Partner in the San Francisco office, and his practice focuses on litigation involving probate and trust-related matters, real estate, and business matters.  

John relies upon his over 35 years of experience in trust and civil litigation matters to bring a practical approach to litigation matters, seeking to resolve cases in their early stages where possibleJohn keeps his clients apprised of the status of their cases and freely shares his thoughts and opinions with them on legal and equitable approaches to attaining successful results, whether by settlement or trial where necessary.   

John also worked as a Senior Attorney at Rusconi, Foster & Thomas, APC in Morgan Hill, California. He was responsible for all litigation-related matters, from civil, business, contracts, probate, and real estate litigation, counseling clients in estate planning and trust administration. 

John received his B.S. from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, California) in Biology and his J.D. with a concentration in civil litigation from the Santa Clara University School of Law (Santa Clara, California). While at Santa Clara, he served as the Business Editor of the Computer & High Technology Law Journal. 

When not at work, John is either barbecuing something special, watching or attending a sports event, or enjoying a relaxing round of golf.
