Shawn M. McCullough and Natalie M. Perry will co-present at an upcoming Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) program, Advanced Asset Protection Planning, on October 1, 2024. Their session, “The Top Ten Drafting Considerations for Trusts,” will cover the dos and don’ts of trust drafting including uses of powers of appointment, spendthrift clauses, and jurisdictional provisions.
