We are thrilled to announce the appointment of a new firmwide Managing Partner and the creation of a new Board of Executives effective September 12, 2023. Matthew Madsen will serve as the firm’s Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s newly created Board of Executives. Tiffany McKenzie and Jason Ornduff will join Matt on the Board of Executives.

A prominent and highly regarded estate planning attorney, Tiffany is a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration, family wealth transfer tax planning, succession planning, and fiduciary litigation. She has handled several high-profile matters. She also helps clients advance their charitable intentions by creating charitable trusts and foundations.

Tiffany was ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide from 2020-2022, named a Georgia Rising Star from 2017-2020, and recognized by Georgia Trend Legal Elite in 2019.
A well-respected attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Jason is a partner in the Chicago office. He advises high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, professionals, and celebrities on state and federal laws regarding wealth transfer to the next generation, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and gift tax issues. He previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee for many years.

Jason brings significant experience with community leadership to his role on the Board of Executives. He is a past president of the Greater North Shore Estate and Financial Planning Council, serves on the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Estate Planning Short Course planning board, and is a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council.
