Harrison LLP Promotes Five Attorneys to Partner

Sarah Barnes concentrates her practice on advising clients in estate and trust administration, estate planning, and probate matters, including decedent and guardianship estates. She represents numerous individual and corporate fiduciaries charged with trust and estate administration. Sarah seamlessly guides them through the administrative and probate process, and she also handles trust and estate litigation matters in probate and chancery court to address any controversies that arise. Beth Fox helps individuals and families utilize their assets in a tax-efficient manner. Her practice includes sophisticated planning to leverage clients’ available estate/gift tax exemption, utilizing the alphabet soup of ILITs, GRATs, SLATs and CRUTs, as well as setting up intrafamily entities. Shawn McCullough concentrates his practice on representing clients in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. He advises clients on implementing estate plans to meet their legacy goals while minimizing their exposure to estate tax liability.
