Sarah Barnes concentrates her practice on advising clients in estate and trust administration, estate planning, and probate matters, including decedent and guardianship estates. Sarah seamlessly guides them through the administrative and probate process, and she also handles trust and estate litigation matters in probate and chancery court to address any controversies that arise. Beth Fox helps individuals and families utilize their assets in a tax-efficient manner. Her practice includes sophisticated planning to leverage clients’ available estate/gift tax exemption, utilizing the alphabet soup of ILITs, GRATs, SLATs and CRUTs, as well as setting up intrafamily entities.
