ATLANTA, GA, January 2, 2024 – Harrison LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Green Lindsey, Kimberly G. Ader, Hayley Strong Hall, J. Michael Harrison, Matthew J. Johnson, and Miranda E. Siegel have joined the firm’s Atlanta office. Previously with Davis Matthews & Quigley, P.C., they focus on representing clients in complex family law and estate planning matters. Lindsey will lead the firm’s Atlanta family law practice, which also includes Ader, Johnson, and Siegel.

Lindsey focuses on advising clients in domestic relations and family law matters. She has particular experience helping clients whose divorce involves complicated financial issues or private family wealth. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor extended to no more than one percent of the lawyers in any state. Lindsey is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Speech School and Junior League of Atlanta.

Ader advises clients in divorce, separation, custody, legitimation, paternity, child support, contempt and modification actions, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has particular experience helping clients with complex income and financial assets.

Hall focuses on advising clients in connection with estate and disability planning documents, including wills, trusts, general durable powers of attorney, and advance directives for health care. She also guides individual and corporate fiduciaries through the probate and trust administration processes and advises clients with respect to the accompanying tax reporting obligations.

Harrison represents business entrepreneurs, residential and commercial real estate developers, lending institutions, and franchisees in a range of business and commercial real estate matters. He has also represented numerous non-U.S. clients regarding inbound investment opportunities.

Johnson advises clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, modification, enforcement, and equitable division of property.

Siegel focuses on advising clients in domestic relations and family law matters. She represents clients involved in divorce, custody and visitation disputes, child support and alimony matters, and other family law matters.
