Amanda advises clients in estate planning matters including testamentary planning, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, asset protection, charitable giving, and business formation and succession planning. Amanda also assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries navigate the probate and trust administration process after a decedent’s death.
In designing estate plans, Amanda enjoys working with clients to ensure their unique objectives are reflected in their planning. Her relaxed approach makes clients feel welcome to ask questions until they understand and feel comfortable with the complex concepts that may be involved.
