Beth Fox helps individuals and families utilize their assets to achieve their goals in a tax-efficient manner. Her practice includes sophisticated planning to leverage clients’ available estate/gift tax exemption, utilizing the alphabet soup of ILITs, GRATs, SLATs, QPRTs and CRUTs, as well as setting up intrafamily entities where appropriate.
With sensitivity towards individual goals, Beth strives to help clients provide for their families, protect their loved ones, and benefit valued charities through lifetime gifting and tailored revocable trusts structured to balance creditor protection, tax minimization, and beneficiary quality of life.
In addition to Beth’s extensive experience on the planning side, she also works with clients to identify strategies to enable existing irrevocable trusts and planning entities to evolve as familial circumstances and individual beneficiary’s lives continue to develop.
Beth’s counseling and drafting are complemented by her preparation of complex federal and state estate tax returns and gift tax returns. Beth has also developed significant experience addressing complex tax issues that arise during the estate planning process. Together with her colleagues, Beth has crafted Private Letter Ruling requests and obtained favorable rulings on behalf of individuals and fiduciaries.
