Daphne Fernandez is an associate in the Atlanta office of Harrison LLP. Daphne works closely with clients to establish an estate and business succession plan that reflects both their personal and business preferences. She assists with their estate planning and wealth preservation through the creation of wills, trusts, and business succession planning.

While in law school, Daphne externed for the Honorable Steven D. Grimberg in the Northern District of Georgia.  Daphne also served as Co-President of the Latin American Law Student Association and as Secretary for the Emory Law Student Bar Association.

Outside of practicing law, Daphne spends her free time exploring the city, playing with her rescue dog, working out, volunteering, attending concerts, or cheering on the Florida Gators and Boston Red Sox.
