Dean has over two decades of experience in corporate legal affairs, including complex contract negotiations, business strategy, and compliance. With a solid foundation in financial solutions and regulatory frameworks, he works to ensure the integrity and legal fortitude of business operations. 

His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to discover a passion for the place where law and business meet.  Dean enjoys reaching past the basic legal aspects of corporate structures and contracts to really get involved in business strategy so he can help set up business ventures for the greatest successes while also minimizing risk. He values a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, while trying to think “outside the box” as often as possible.  

If Dean is not watching Liverpool or the Red Sox, he is probably watching his son play soccer, or taking him fishing or skiing.  He also stays busy playing golf, smoking meats on the egg, and resisting the urge to expand his collection of guitars.  Most of this is done under the watchful eye of his Blue Heeler, Roz.
