Dyke Arboneaux advises clients on the international aspects of U.S. tax matters and international asset structuring and succession planning. She has particular expertise in planning for families and assets exposed to multiple jurisdictions. She is part of a multi-office team that also advises trustees and international families and family offices on planning for U.S. beneficiaries and U.S. investments, expatriation from the United States, pre-immigration tax issues for foreign individuals who plan to become a U.S. tax resident, and general international estate structuring and estate administration matters.
