Meredith advises individuals and families in all aspects of private wealth planning, including estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, asset protection planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration.
She holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (Dean’s List, with distinction), a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law (with honors), and an M.B.A. and B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
Meredith has been recognized as AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, the highest rating available after evaluation of a lawyer by other members of the bar and judiciary, and by Super Lawyers. She serves as a Director of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and has been awarded the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) designation.
With active practices in Florida and Maryland, Meredith has a particular focus on clients who are present in multiple jurisdictions or require counsel regarding residency and tax planning issues. She routinely represents business owners, corporate executives, physicians, and financial professionals, and has a particular expertise in the business and real estate aspects of estate planning.
In the community, Meredith is a member of the Professional Advisors Council for the Collier Community Foundation, the Planned Giving Advisory Council for Catholic Charities of Baltimore, and is a volunteer for the Shadow Wood Charitable Foundation.
