Nicholas Beideman is a corporate attorney and advisor to a wide range of businesses and their owners, including large multi-national corporations and small family-owned enterprises, particularly in the transportation industry. Nick advises clients with business entity formations, sophisticated cross-border transactions, and middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He has also represented clients in complex civil litigation and tax controversy matters, and he has argued before numerous state and federal courts and tribunals.

In addition to servicing Harrison LLP clients as Counsel providing concierge advise to clients in an outside general counsel capacity, Nick Beideman is also the acting in-house General Counsel (GC) and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to a multinational oceanic freight forwarder and shipping conglomerate, as well as a sitting officer to a new Family Office managing upwards of $100 Million in assets.
