S. Dresden Brunner is a partner in the Naples office of Harrison LLP and a Board-Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates. She brings nearly three decades of Florida legal experience to her work advising individuals and families on sophisticated trust and estate matters. Before joining Harrison LLP, she led her own law firm for 21 years, building a practice grounded in technical excellence, practical judgment, and long-standing professional leadership. A frequent author and lecturer, Dresden has published in law reviews and The Florida Bar Journal and regularly presents on trust and estate issues to lawyers, financial advisors, and accountants. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2013, and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer since 2021. Her professional and community contributions have also earned her The Rebecca Vaccariello Service Award, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Leader in the Law recognition, and the Collier County Women’s Bar Association’s Woman Lawyer the Year honor.

Dresden serves on the Executive Committee of The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Her service to the Section has been recognized with the William S. Belcher Lifetime Professionalism Award, the Rising Star Award, and the 2007 Annual Service Award for her dedication. Dresden also contributed as editor-in-chief of ActionLine, the Section’s magazine.

She is past chair of the Collier County Bar Association’s Trust and Estate Section and served for four years on the Board of Directors of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. Dresden has participated in the Michael R.N. McDonnell Inns of Court, is an award-winning Toastmasters International speaker, and has served on the Planned Giving Committee for the Naples Shelter for Abused Women & Children. She was also a founding director of The Christian Classical Academy of Naples and has volunteered her legal talents through Legal Aid Service of Collier County and the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes program.
