Tom represents clients in matters related to business entities, including guidance on entity formation, compliance, ownership rights and governance, and assisting clients in implementing business succession plans.  He also advises clients on business purchases and sales, mergers, asset and equity transactions, and private placement offerings.  

His real estate practice includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.  Tom also provides counsel relating to acquisition, construction, and development loans.  

Tom’s solutions-based approach to his practice derives in part from his experience as a former General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Director of a multinational asset liquidation company, as an adjunct professor of Business Law, and as a business owner.
