William Boyden is an Associate in the Las Vegas office, where he focuses his practice on estate planning and related private wealth matters. His experience includes preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, as well as assisting with trust administrations and conducting legal research on estate planning and tax matters.
William received his B.A. in Political Science, with minors in History and General Business, from Gonzaga University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He earned his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In law school, William served on the staff of the Nevada Law Journal and as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. He also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Gloria Sturman (Ret.) of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, who presided over a Civil and Probate docket. William received two CALI Excellence Awards — one in Federal Income Taxation and one in Advanced Legal Analysis and Writing: Making Law, Writing and Interpreting Legislation.
William grew up in Reno, Nevada, and outside of his legal work, he enjoys traveling internationally, spending time outdoors, and cheering for the Gonzaga basketball team.
