Arienne Valencia’s practice focuses on advising clients in connection with estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law. She works with clients to analyze their financial situation and develop custom estate plans to meet their goals. She also assists clients with preserving the legacies of their loved ones. She has significant experience with public benefits and long-term care planning, including thoughtfully guiding clients through the complex Medicaid process.
Before joining Harrison LLP, Arienne was an associate at elder law and estate planning firms throughout Florida.
She wrote “The Crisis of Aging and Caring for the Elderly: Comparing Long-Term Care Policies in the United States and Japan,” published in the Journal of Aging Law & Policy in 2021.
