Brent Howard is a trusts and estates attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, tax exempt entities, transfer tax, business succession planning, and cross border planning and administration. Brent specializes in complex estate planning and administration including plans with challenging family structures, business succession needs, international aspects, and transfer tax considerations.
Brent is an Atlanta native who obtained both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from Georgia State University.
Prior to receiving his law degree, Brent was a control system technician, and he utilizes his processing skills to provide efficient legal services to his clients.
Brent lives in Atlanta with his wife and two rescue dogs. When not in the office, he enjoys tennis, sailing and family walks through Atlanta’s parks and neighborhoods.
Brent is passionate about animal rights and serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of AWARE Wildlife Center (Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort).
