Bruce Friedman represents clients in a broad spectrum of commercial law and commercial litigation matters. He has extensive and varied experience relating to mergers and acquisitions, representation of banks and other financial institutions in connection with documentation of commercial loans, and representation of business corporations and other business entities in a wide variety of business situations. He also has extensive litigation experience in complex commercial cases in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Bruce’s broad experience in commercial law and commercial litigation permits him to provide effective and pragmatic representation to a wide variety of commercial clients.
Before joining the firm in 2007, he was a founding partner of Laser, Pokorny, Schwartz, Friedman & Economos and previously was a partner at Laser, Schostok, Kolman, and Frank.
