Dyke Arboneaux advises on the international aspects of U.S. tax matters and international asset structuring and succession planning. She has a particular expertise in planning for families and assets that are exposed to multiple jurisdictions. She is part of a multi-office team that also advises trustees and international families and family offices on planning for U.S. beneficiaries and U.S. investments, expatriation from the United States, pre-immigration tax issues for foreign individuals who plan to become a U.S. tax resident, and general international estate structuring and estate administration matters.
