Lorna A. McGeorge

Lorna focuses her practice in estate planning, probate law, estate and gift taxation, individual retirement accounts, and family business planning. She advises clients on a wide range of tax, asset protection, and estate planning matters, as well as estate and trust administration issues. She assists high net worth individuals and families to develop appropriate estate plans to maximize and protect the transfer of wealth to future generations.

Lorna is experienced in implementing advanced estate planning techniques, including grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts, insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and inter vivos qualified terminable interest property trusts. Additionally, she has a great deal of experience with all aspects of estate and trust administration and preparing federal estate tax returns.
