With more than 30 years of experience, Margaret Nagela advises clients on a wide range of tax matters. In addition to recommending appropriate tax strategies to achieve the best outcome for her clients, Margaret also implements estate and trust tax documents. She prepares personal income tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, partnership tax returns, small corporation returns, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns.
In the non-profit area, Margaret prepares foundation tax returns and annual filings. She also serves as Treasurer on a client’s foundation.

The US Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that FinCEN can implement and enforce the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) while the case of Texas Top Cop Shop Inc. v. Garland waits to be heard before the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Oral arguments are currently scheduled for March 25.
Atlanta Partner Elizabeth Green Lindsey recently assumed the office of President of the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a two-year role appointment beginning in November
