Margaret A. Nagela has more than 20 years of experience in the estates and trusts practice area. This experience includes all phases of post-mortem administration, from opening probate estates and collecting assets, to preparing fiduciary tax returns, distributing assets, and closing probate estates.
She also assists attorneys and clients with the preparation of personal income tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, partnership tax returns, small corporation returns, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns.
In the non-profit area, she has formed private foundations and prepared foundation tax returns and annual filings. Margaret also has extensive experience with residential real estate matters.
