Megan Jerome is an associate in the Atlanta office of Harrison LLP, where she provides guidance in estate planning, estate administration, and taxation. Prior to joining Harrison, Megan was an associate at Merritt Watson, LLP. There, she drafted wills and trusts, prepared gift tax returns, and composed assignments of ownership interests, among many other critical documents.

Megan earned her J.D. and Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was also the recipient of the prestigious Philip E. Heckerling Scholarship. After earning her J.D., Megan served as a probate and estate planning law clerk for the Probate Counsel, Ernesto Martinez.

Megan’s approach to client service is deeply rooted in understanding each client’s unique goals, concerns, and family dynamics, enabling her to provide tailored solutions that align with their needs. She firmly believes that estate planning is an essential tool for individuals to plan their current lives in a way that can build generational wealth and have long-lasting impacts for their families.

In her free time, Megan enjoys live music, researching various historical topics, reading, and participating in the traditional folk dance known as Garba.
