Steven Filipowski advises clients in connection with corporate transactions, employment relations, corporate and commercial financing, and workouts. He acts as outside general counsel to many closely held businesses, representing them in mergers and acquisitions (asset and stock sales), employer relations, executive employment matters, and exit and inter-generational transition planning. He represents businesses engaged in sales and distribution, manufacturing, construction, e-commerce, consulting, medical practice, and legal practice.
