We are delighted to announce that Patrick J. Bushell and Kevin A. Salzstein have been promoted to Partner at Harrison LLP. Both have demonstrated technical excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to the firm’s values and success.
“These lawyers demonstrate exceptional legal skills, dedication to client service, and a commitment to the firm’s vision of being the premier national private wealth law firm,” said Matthew Madsen, Harrison’s Managing Partner. “We are incredibly proud of their achievements and we look forward to seeing the continued impact of the contributions they will make in their new roles.”
Patrick Bushell concentrates his practice on representing individuals, families, and financial and medical institutions in a wide range of contested and uncontested estate and trust matters including estate planning, fiduciary consulting, and estate and trust administration and litigation. Pat strongly believes in a no-nonsense approach to representing his clients and providing candid and sound advice regarding the unique circumstances of their cases. Whether he’s representing clients in devising and maintaining sophisticated estate planning strategies, navigating the sometimes daunting task of administering a deceased loved one’s assets upon their death, or working toward a successful resolution in hotly contested estate and trust matters, Pat believes every client deserves a full and frank discussion of their options in their particular case. Kevin Salzstein has extensive knowledge and experience counseling high-net-worth clients through a wide range of matrimonial and family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, contested and uncontested divorces, and post-decree disputes. He regularly and successfully negotiates and litigates issues relating to spousal maintenance (formerly alimony) and child support, property distribution and dissipation of marital assets, the allocation of parenting time (visitation) and parenting responsibilities (decision-making), order modification, and other issues arising after the entry of a judgment for dissolution of marriage.
