Alexandra F. Hammock to Speak at State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Program
Atlanta Associate Alexandra F. Hammock will be speaking in a session titled "SECURE Act 2.0: An Overview and Practice Points" at the State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Section's Basic Fiduciary Law 201 program on October 2. This program will cover foundational and developing issues in fiduciary and estate planning practice. Topics will include fiduciary duties, compliance and drafting considerations, trustee selection, SECURE 2.0 and retirement benefits planning, essential tax rules for estate planners, and techniques for drafting documents that reduce the risk of fiduciary litigation.
Alexandra guides individuals and families through the complexities of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, with a practice that also encompasses charitable planning, succession planning for closely held companies, and comprehensive wealth transfer strategies. She serves clients across Georgia and Florida and regularly advises on corporate matters, including entity formation and corporate governance.
