Harrison welcomes attorney Thomas J. Niemann to the St. Louis office as counsel.
Tom represents clients in matters related to business entities, including guidance on entity formation, compliance, ownership rights and governance, and assisting clients in implementing business succession plans. He also advises clients on business purchases and sales, mergers, asset and equity transactions, and private placement offerings.
Tom’s real estate practice includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. He also provides counsel relating to acquisition, construction and development loans.
Harrison has recently relocated and expanded its St. Louis office to a larger space in the Frontenac area of St. Louis. The move emphasizes the firm's continuous growth and commitment to providing an enhanced client experience with a larger 11,500-square-foot space to accommodate the firm's private client team of over 35 attorneys and staff.
