Jonathan E. Strouse to Moderate Taxation Panel at American Bar Association Fall Meeting
Partner Jonathan E. Strouse will moderate a panel at the upcoming American Bar Association's Fall Meeting in a session titled "Individual and Family Taxation." Jonathan focuses his practice in the areas of federal tax litigation and federal tax controversies, including examinations, appeals, and collection matters against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Jonathan has represented numerous taxpayers which cut across diverse boundaries, including individuals, trusts, estates, federally recognized Indian tribes, individuals living offshore, high-net-worth individuals, accountants, tax-exempt entities, TEFRA and BBA partnerships, and S and C corporations.
Jonathan is a highly effective advocate for taxpayers and uses his broad experience to obtain the best possible outcome for clients.
