Zoe Valletta is an Associate in the Estate & Trust Litigation department at our San Francisco office. Her interest in this area of law stems from a deep respect for the personal and often sensitive nature of these disputes. She was drawn to trust and estate litigation because it combines complex legal analysis with the opportunity to help clients navigate emotionally challenging situations with clarity, compassion, and strategic advocacy. She values the opportunity to bring resolution and a sense of fairness to families during difficult times. 

Zoe has a diverse background in various areas of law, bringing a unique perspective to each case. During law school, she received the Best Oral Argument Award in her moot court course, a recognition that reflects her strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills. Prior to working at Harrison, Zoe worked as a law clerk at Barulich Dugoni Suttmann & Cummins Law Group, Inc. in their litigation department where she gained hands-on experience with the litigation process.  

Zoe was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula. When she is not working, Zoe enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
