Ben Sheinbein is an associate in the Chicago office of Harrison LLP. He advises clients in a variety of areas including Estate & Trust Litigation and Administration as well as Family Law, Divorce, Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements. Ben is passionate about protecting and securing the private wealth that clients and their families have worked tirelessly to produce and maintain. He strives to ensure assets are preserved, protected, and rightfully passed from generation to generation as intended.
A recent cum laude graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Ben has extensive clerking experience at other prominent Chicago based firms in addition to Harrison LLP. He has prepared numerous memoranda of law on complex legal issues and aided in the valuation of clients’ businesses, investments, personal assets, and liabilities. Ben is also well versed in drafting pleadings and motions and guiding clients through the litigation discovery process.
Ben is dedicated to solving complex problems and resolving high-stakes disputes that involve the most pressing and sensitive areas for both individuals and family units. He recognizes that each case deserves an advisor, advocate, and counselor who deeply understands the client’s goals and needs, enabling him to collaborate effectively in crafting a customized action plan tailored to achieve those objectives. Originally from St. Louis, Ben moved to Chicago for law school and remains a huge Cardinals fan. When he is not working, he enjoys experiencing new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
