David Nyberg focuses on advising clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration and disputes, probate law, structuring of charitable trusts, and business succession planning.
David is highly experienced in developing estate tax reduction techniques, including utilizing family partnerships, limited liability companies, and various types of trusts. He is also exceedingly proficient in preparing estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and not-for-profit returns, as well as defending taxpayers before the IRS.
David is a frequent lecturer and former adjunct professor at the DePaul University College of Law.
