Jessica Quintero advises clients on complex estate and wealth planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning. She works with individuals, families, and business owners to craft customized wealth transfer and business success solutions, including the use of revocable and irrevocable trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Beneficiary Defective Grantor Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts. She regularly works with clients to modify existing trusts to address unintended tax consequences, changes in family situations, and other life events.
Recognizing that each client is unique and each circumstance is different, Jessica combines her legal acumen with practical solutions to create bespoke strategies that meet each client’s needs and goals. Clients appreciate the care and empathy Jessica brings to each matter.
Additionally, Jessica frequently drafts marital agreements to ensure transparency and protect assets. She guides clients through the process with compassion and sensitivity, ensuring her clients are informed and comfortable with their decisions. Jessica also has significant experience helping clients craft charitable planning strategies, including private foundations, private operating foundations, charitable lead trusts, and charitable remainder trusts.
