Harrison LLP is excited to announce that six Georgia attorneys have been recognized in the 2025 Edition of Super Lawyers®.
Mario focuses on advising clients in all aspects of corporate law. His practice includes working on matters related to corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations and structures, general corporate issues, contracts and shareholders agreements, advising corporate boards, and financing and lending.
Mario has acted as internal corporate counsel for two companies, assisting in all matters of operations and finance as well. He also brings a unique perspective as having owned his own business. His experience as both a transactional attorney and a business owner has enabled him to be involved in all aspects of business, which has allowed him to see matters from a legal viewpoint as well as a practical operational standpoint. Such experience has given Mario a broad understanding of issues that affect corporations, including matters related to employment, regulations, intellectual property, litigation and disputes, and taxation.

The US Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that FinCEN can implement and enforce the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) while the case of Texas Top Cop Shop Inc. v. Garland waits to be heard before the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Oral arguments are currently scheduled for March 25.
