Peter C. Economos’ practice covers a broad spectrum of matters relating to business and corporate law transactions including formation, restructure, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He possesses extensive experience with contract negotiations and drafting complex real estate and business agreements. He has specialized expertise in private club law and representation of golf course and golf course community developers. Peter has also developed numerous real estate projects as a principal.
He joined Harrison LLP in 2008. Previously, he was a founding partner of Laser, Pokorny, Schwartz, Friedman & Economos, P.C.
Peter is active in community affairs including serving as Police Commissioner for the Village of Kildeer, Illinois for many years. He currently serves as a director on the boards of several corporations.
