Robert G. Davidson

Robert Davidson’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate, corporate and business law.

He has represented condominium converters and has served as turnover and outside legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowner associations.

Before joining Harrison & Held, LLP, Bob was a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Prior to Dykema, he headed the Schwartz Cooper Chartered Real Estate Development, Sales and Acquisitions Practice Group.

Bob often functions as a business advisor as well as an attorney for his clients. He assists in raising equity capital through private offerings, arranging debt financing, addressing operating issues, and negotiating and documenting the purchase and sale of businesses. He also handles corporate and real estate dispute resolution.
