Jacque is a dynamic and zealous advocate, working tirelessly to provide sophisticated advice and world-class service to private wealth clients. As a former FBI agent and CPA, Jacque brings exceptional knowledge and experience to tax and estate planning clients across the country.

Jacque works with high-net-worth individuals, closely held business owners, athletes, and entertainers, including multi-generational families, founders of publicly traded companies, individuals on the Forbes 400 list, and individuals and families across the sports and entertainment industry. Collaborating closely with clients’ advisory teams, Jacque provides customized strategies to preserve clients’ wealth, deploying all tools at her disposal, including advanced tax and estate techniques, business succession and charitable planning, asset protection structures, and lifetime gift planning.

Jacque holds a CPA certificate and enjoys the complexity of helping clients maximize tax benefits and preserve family wealth passing to future generations. Her financial criminal investigative background allows her to help clients mitigate the potential of future liability.   • Utilizes asset protection trusts, irrevocable trusts, limited liability entities, prenuptial agreements, and insurance planning to maximize protection of family and business assets.
  • Drafts trust and estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial and medical powers of attorney, living wills, healthcare directives, life insurance trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, generation-skipping transfer trusts, and asset protection trusts.
  • Coordinates and conducts family meetings for high-net-worth families and their advisors.
  • Designs and implements coordinated estate plans for multi-generational families.
  • Coordinates trust and entity funding and administration, and provides proactive advice for future planning opportunities.

  • Conducts financial investigations and audits of existing planning and financial documents and transactions for high-net-worth clients and their businesses.
  • Advises clients on charitable planning concepts and facilitates the application for tax-exempt status for clients’ charitable organizations.
